Questions owners ask

How long does a website take?

Weeks, not quarters. Your proposal includes a fixed launch date and we hit it. The usual delay on website projects — waiting for client content — is our job, not yours.

What if I can't supply photos or copy?

That's normal, and it's the point of how we work. We draft your copy from one interview and fill the content gaps ourselves. You approve, you don't produce. If photography is needed, we'll say so early and point you to someone good.

Which platform will my site be built on?

Whatever fits the job. Most sites ship as a fast, modern build with nothing to babysit; online shops go on a proven e-commerce platform. Either way, you own the lot at handover — domain, content, design.

What's not included?

Photography, ad spend, and social media management. Anything outside scope gets flagged in the proposal before you commit — never after.

How does cancelling the rolling monthly plan work?

Tell us you're done and the plan ends with the month you've already paid for. No notice period, no exit fee, no lock-in. Everything we've made stays yours.
